The Pearl Health Center is proud to be a Tier 4 Patient Centered Primary Care Home recognized for excellence by the Oregon Health Authority. This is only possible because our skilled and compassionate Primary Care Providers practice the latest in evidence-based medicine that is built around current best practices. We emphasize creating a continuing relationship with our patients – we want to care for you as a whole. Each of our providers offer their own area of expertise, but all can provide you a full range of medical services including: annual exams, same-day appointments, chronic disease management, and mental health assessment and treatment. Our provider team is lead by two Board Certified physicians with a combined 30 years of practice experience and who are active members of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Company History
The Pearl Health Center was founded in 2004 as a pioneering medical clinic that brought together complementary and alternative medicine and blended it with the best of traditional western medicine to provide truly integrated medical care. Over the last decade there has been an emphasis on expanding the quality of care provided to our community while staying true to the holistic roots that the clinic is founded on. This is clearly evident in the recognition provided by the Oregon Health Authority acknowledging the commitment that the Pearl Health Center has to providing excellent primary care to its patients. The clinic was transitioned in February of 2017 to the leadership of two physician educators with more than 30 years of combined clinical experience.
