Position: Family Medicine Physician

Schedule: 4-5 Days/Week, Flexible Admin Day
Compensation: $325k base salary, leadership responsibilities+ Sign-On, Housing, Relocation

Full-Spectrum: Practice outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and ED medicine, all in one setting
Low-Volume: See 15–20 patients/day
Work-Life Alignment: 3–5 clinic days/week with a dedicated admin day; every 3rd week on-call for ED
Pathway for Leadership: Serve as Chief of Staff or chair hospital committee which is part of the additional compensation
ER Coverage: Low-volume, well-supported rural ED environment
EMR: Athena
Autonomy + Team Support: Dedicated MA, strong nursing staff, and collaborative leadership
No Procedures Required

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited program
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
Eligible for Colorado Medicine Licensure
BLS and ACLS
Current DEA
Spanish-speaking is a plus
