Job Title: Virtual Primary Care Clinician (MD/DO/PA/NP)
Location: Remote (Must reside in the New England region)
Schedule: 32 hours/week, no call; patient panel of ~2000–2200; 15–18 patients/day (30-min appointments)

Description:
Seeking an experienced, board-certified/eligible primary care clinician (Family or Internal Medicine) to deliver comprehensive virtual care. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions, preventive care, chronic disease management, care coordination, and documentation via EMR. The clinician will manage their own in basket and patient panel, with support from MAs, administrative staff, and a collaborative clinical team. Occasional virtual and in-person meetings may occur.

Requirements:

• MD/DO with completed residency, or PA/NP with at least 3 years of primary care experience
• Active license in applicable state(s)
• Proficient in electronic medical records and virtual care tools
• Strong communication and clinical judgment; ability to manage substance control medications when clinically necessary
