Description: We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic in Terre Haute, IN. We are seeking a 40 hour a week primary care physician to lead our new team.Position Details:
- Patient population: Employees & Families of all ages
- Acute & Primary Care (focus on preventive medicine)
- Care Team: MD, MA & RN
Schedule
- If possible, the client would like 2 early days (7:00am or 7:30am) and 1 late day if possible (late day until 7pm)
- Mon: 8:00am to 6:00pm (1 hour lunch) (9 hours)
- Tue: 7:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch) (9 hours)
- Wed: 9:00am to 7:00pm (1 hour lunch) (9 hours)
- Thu: 7:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch) (9 hours)
- Fri: 8:00am to 12:00pm (4 hours)
- No Nights
- No Call
- No Weekends
Rate: $275,000
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board-certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine or both Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
- Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control (a plus)
- Procedure experience (a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Average of 8-14 patients/day
- More time spent with patients to enhance relationships and build trust
- Far less time with ICD-10 coding and admin work vs traditional primary care, and admin time is built into the schedule (no need to take home your work!
- The opportunity to really improve patient outcomes with a finite patient panel
- Annual visits 60 min.
- Follow up visits 30 min
