Description: Primary Care Physician - Norfolk, VA area COMPENSATION: Salary $250 + Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k or $100k Forgivable loan- We are a physician-led and mission-driven, primary care organization, is currently one of the most successful full- provider, transforming care of the neediest population.

Rate: $250,000+
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
- Open to Residents and Fellows
- Open to Visa Candidates
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Active unencumbered physician Virginia state license
- Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
- One year of work experience as Family Practice Physician
- One year of EMR experience
- Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
- Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
- Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
- Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
- A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
- Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
Requirements:
COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster
Responsibilities:
- 18 patients a day
- Hours: Monday - Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a - 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
- Work/Life Balance
- Small Patient Panel - 450 patients' max
- Administrative time included in schedule
- No nights or weekends
- 100% outpatient
- Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/ Scheduler/ Referral specialist)
- Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
- Value Based Care
