Description: Center Medical Director - Primary Care Outpatient -Fort Meyers, FLCOMPENSATION: $280,000-$300,000+ Bonus' Total comp. well over $300,000- We are a physician-led and mission-driven, primary care organization, is currently one of the most successful full- provider, transforming care of the neediest population.

- Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.
Clinic offers:
- Inhouse Consulting Specialist: Cardiology, Podiatry and more
- Holistic Health Services: Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga and Nutrition
- Door to Door Transportation for our patients (Uber/Lyft)
Rate: $280,000-$300,000
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preference
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
- Active unencumbered Florida MD or DO license
Responsibilities:
- Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000
- Hours: Monday - Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a - 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15
- Work/Life Balance
- Small Patient Panel - 60-90 patients' max
- Manage PCP's and NP's
- Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
