Position: Full-Time Naturopathic Physician (ND)
We are seeking a full-time Naturopathic Physician to join our practice. This physician will manage a panel of primary care patients, from newborns to adults. The ideal candidate is a skilled and compassionate practitioner who is comfortable in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric and adult patients.
Conduct wellness exams and manage chronic and acute conditions.
Administer vaccines and be fluent in counseling on vaccine safety while respecting parents' choices to opt out of vaccines
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including lifestyle modifications, nutritional counseling, botanical medicine, and pharmaceutical prescribing.
Collaborate with our existing team of providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
Contribute to the growth and development of the practice.

This is a full-time position requiring roughly 40 hours per week in the clinic, and we are committed to working with the right candidate to create a schedule that meets their needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience.
Paid Time Off: A generous 20 days of paid time off per year, including sick days and holidays
Simple IRA: 3% company match.
Continuing Education: $1,000 per year for professional development.
Malpractice Insurance: We provide up to $2,000 per year toward malpractice insurance coverage.
Location: This is an on-site position in Bend, Oregon, a stunning mountain town with endless opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Requirements
- Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current and active Oregon Naturopathic Physician license is required.
- Completion of a family medicine and/or pediatric residency is highly desired.
- Demonstrated competence and confidence in prescribing pharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced clinical environment.
