• 4-day workweek; off every night, weekend, and holiday
• No call for enhanced work-life balance
• Procedures optional with onsite procedure room
• Opportunity to see OB up to 20 weeks before transition of care, if desired
• Specialty interests can be supported; opportunity to be your own specialist
• National Health Service Corps active site (equivalent to $20k-$30k in additional loan support per year) and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Up to a $415,000 year-one package
